Refund policy

We try our best to pack our products carefully so that they are protected during the shipping process, however, once they leave our facility, it is hard to know how carefully they are handled.

None of the products can be returned or exchanged for any reason and products once sold are not liable for returns or exchange.

Exception to the above rule is that, when goods are either damaged in transit or wrong product sent or lost in transit, we will replace them with a new product as early as possible.

All our products are handmade and there are times due to climatic conditions or environmental issues, there could be delays in manufacture of the products and customers are requested to be patient as we do not use synthetic chemicals to cure the products artificially.

All disputes are subject to discretion by management.
All our products are made using safe ingredients. However customers are requested to do a patch test before they use the product and if any irritation or red patches appear, they are advised to discontinue use of the products.

These products being natural products, are likely to react to environmental factors like heat, cold etc and may either solidify or become liquid. Though we take utmost care, these are factors beyond our control.
Any damage to the shipment should be brought to our notice immediately with photo images for us to take it up with the courier company. If the shipment is totally damaged, customers are advised to reject/return the shipment.

Modification / Cancellations to Order : An order placed can be modified before it is shipped. Once shipped the order cannot be modified. Similarly if the customer desires so, an order can be cancelled before shipment. Once it is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and it can be cancelled only when it is returned to our office. In such cases. We will deduct the shipping charges and provide a refund for appropriate reasons provided and verified by us.

The essence of online business is what you see, is what you get. Normally we send only the same visible products. However sometimes due to variance in light or location or due to climatic conditions, the colours might vary. However the quality of the product will remain the same. Qaadu is not responsible for any such variance in color due to reasons beyond their control.

All queries are generally replied within 2 business days or 48 hrs and if there is a delay, the customers will be informed, especially when external dependencies like checking with Payment Gateway / Courier partner / or any other agencies is to be done.

Animal testing: None of our products are tested on animals.
Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use. Definition: ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the Seller/ on the website. Following situations may arise:
1) Item was defective
2) Item was damaged in transit
3) Products were missing
4) Wrong item was received
The return could also result in a refund of money in some of the cases. We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, /seller shall not be entitled to any return/refund.
1) In case of damage or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, they need to provide visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to within 3 days from the time of delivery.
2) All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
3) In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, the customer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account.

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
